Sonu Sood has now enlisted services from one of India’s finest ethical hacking firms EC Council to do research for his ambitious action thriller, Fateh. A dedicated team from the company is doing research and supervising the content of the film as it goes on the floor next month.

Touted to be a big-budgeted action thriller, the movie is mounted on a huge scale in terms of quality production. The script, while still under wraps. Is said to be one-of-a-kind that will draw excitement from the fans. “I have always liked getting involved in my movies but this is the first time I have been officially involved in all aspects. It is quite exciting to work with these professionals. We are currently doing location recce, and is primarily going to be shot in and around Mumbai,” says Sood who is also in the process of finalising the leading lady of the film.

“The story piqued my interest. It is one of the most crucial subjects that need our attention. As soon as I read the script, I knew I wanted to be a part of it. I am extremely excited to bring this thought-provoking story to the audience,” Sonu had earlier said.

Fateh is being helmed by Vaibhav Mishra. The film is scheduled to release in 2023.

Amid all the chaos around the remake version of ‘O Sajna’, Neha Kakkar and Falguni Pathak playing Garba and Dandiya have left netizens confused. For the unversed, days after the release of the Neha Kakkar track, Falguni Pathak slammed the makers of the song while revealing that she wanted to sue them. While the debate on the matter is making rounds on the internet, singer Sona Mohapatra has jumped into the conversation and defended her contemporaries. 

Before voicing her opinion, the ‘Ambarsariya’ singer shared a tweet bashing Bollywood music. In her tweet, Sona wrote, “the constant showcasing of a lack of courage to back new compositions, songwriters, disrespecting creators, writers has destroyed the fabric of what made #Bollywood music culturally relevant.The horror of the Sri Lankan ‘Manike Mage’ remade, case in point2. Puke worthy for me.”

The ‘Jiya Laage Na’ singer shared another tweet, in which she addressed Neha Kakkar and Falguni Pathak’s feud while commenting on people assuming that Neha-Falguni’s online tiff was nothing but a “publicity stunt”. Sona’s tweet read, “& why are people so silly that they’re buying into the PR release of a reality show trying to ride the #FalguniPathak news cycle & discredit her reaction as a publicity stunt? Don’t they know that such shows record episodes much in advance & she must not have a clue then?”. 

Meanwhile, Hindustan Times has also published a report quoting the team of Falguni Pathak. An insider told the publication, “This particular segment was shot during the auditions round. It was shot in August. The timing is all coincidental. They shot the chunk for Navratri. In fact, at that time, Neha and Falguni were quite cordial. Currently, Neha doesn’t even wish to talk about Falguni and was quite clear that she won’t promote the particular episode or talk about what it was like to have Falguni on the sets”.

The remake of Dandiya Queen’s iconic number, ‘Maine Payal Hai’, was released on September 23. The song featured Neha, along with actor Priyank Sharma, and social media star Dhanashree Verma.

Singer-songwriter Prateek Kuhad has announced the India leg of his highly anticipated ‘The Way That Lovers Do’ World Tour. Spread over 2 months and spanning 15 cities, the widely loved musician will be embarking on what is positioned to be one of his largest-ever homegrown tours within the sub-continent. The tour follows the release of Kuhad’s latest 11-track studio album The Way That Lovers Do which was released in May 2022 via Elektra Records and spoke about human love, friendship, and connectivity.

The run, kicking off on October 29th in Mumbai and wrapping up on December 18th in Goa, will see the pop music titan performing a two-hour-long set every night, with a setlist that features hot new favourites such as ‘Just A Word’ and ‘Favourite Peeps’ and evergreen radio hits such as ‘cold/mess’ and ‘Kasoor’. The multi-city trek will include an assortment of cities such as Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Delhi, Surat, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Jaipur, Guwahati, Kolkata, Indore, and Bengaluru.

Filmmaker Om Raut is gearing up for Adipurush. Starring Prabhas, Kriti Sanon, Saif Ali Khan and Sunny Singh, the film has grabbed the eyeballs since its inception. After a long wait, the much-anticipated teaser and poster of the film are set to be unveiled on 2nd October on the bank of Sarayu in the holy land of Lord Ram, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh. The grand event will be graced with the presence of superstar Prabhas and Kriti Sanon along with director Om Raut and producer Bhushan Kumar.

The film is based on the epic of Ramayana, showcasing the triumph of good over evil. This religious town in Uttar Pradesh is also the birthplace of Lord Ram, making the location much more relevant for this grand event. The poster, as well as the teaser, will reflect the scale of the film.

The film is based on the Hindu epic Ramayana. Produced by T-Series Films and Retrophiles, the film features Prabhas as Lord Ram, while Kriti plays the role of Janaki (Sita). It also stars Saif Ali Khan as Lankesh and Sunny Singh as Lakshman.

Adipurush is a visual extravaganza slated to release on January 12, 2023, in IMAX and 3D. It will release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, and Malayalam in theatres.
