Bollywood superstar Salman Khan arrived in Abu Dhabi on Thursday for IIFA 2023. The actor was seen sporting a new look which seems like is for his next project. At the press conference, the actor confirmed that he has wrapped the shoot for Tiger 3.

In an interaction with the media in Abu Dhabi, Salman said, “Last night, I was shooting for Tiger (Tiger 3) and I have completed Tiger 3. Now you will get to see Tiger on Diwali, inshallah.” The actor added, “It was a very hectic shoot, it was good though.”

A few days ago, Salman Khan shared a photo of himself showing his injured back. Along with the photo, he wrote, “When u think u r carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders, he says duniya ko chodo paanch kilo ka dumbbell utha ke dikhao (leave aside the world, pick up a 5kg dumbbell).Tiger Zakhmi Hai (tiger is injured). #Tiger3.”

Meanwhile, Salman Khan had his Eid 2023 release Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan on Friday, April 21. A Salman Khan Film production, the film was directed by Farhad Samji and it starred Salman Khan, Venkatesh Daggubati, Pooja Hegde, Jagapathi Babu, Bhumika Chawla, Vijender Singh, Abhimanyu Singh, Raghav Juyal, Siddharth Nigam, Jassie Gill, Shehnaaz Gill, Palak Tiwari and Vinali Bhatnagar.

Apart from this, Salman has Tiger 3 releasing during Diwali 2023. Helmed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Yash Raj Films, it also stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi. He then returns to YRF with Pathaan Vs Tiger with Shah Rukh Khan, Katrina and Deepika Padukone.

Veteran actor Ashish Vidyarthi, known for his remarkable performances in films and web series, has tied the knot for the second time. The 60-year-old actor exchanged vows with Rupali Barua in an intimate registry marriage ceremony held at a Kolkata club on Thursday. The news of their wedding has created a buzz, and now, pictures from their special day have emerged online.

In the wedding photographs, Ashish Vidyarthi can be seen adorned in a traditional Mundu, a garment commonly worn in Kerala, symbolising his connection to the region. His bride, Rupali, opted for an elegant white and golden Mekhela Chador, a traditional Assamese attire, which she beautifully accessorised with golden jewellery inspired by South Indian temple art. The couple looked radiant and filled with joy as they embarked on this new chapter of their lives together.

According to reports, the wedding ceremony was a private affair, attended only by close family members and friends. The couple opted for an intimate gathering to celebrate their union, emphasising the significance of their bond and the importance of their loved ones being present to witness their special day.

For the unversed, prior to his second marriage, the National Award-winning actor was previously wedded to Rajoshi Barua, the daughter of actor Shakuntala Barua. The former couple also shares a son named Arth Vidyarthi.

Speaking of the professional front, Ashish was last seen in Kuttey, starring Arjun Kapoor and Tabu. Besides the film, he also grabbed attention for his performance in Abhay Deol’s web show Trial By Fire, which started streaming on Netflix earlier this year.

The International Indian Film Academy (IIFA) Awards got underway today with a press conference attended by hosts Abhishek Bachchan, Vicky Kaushal, Farah Khan and Rajkummar Rao along with performers Salman Khan, Rakul Preet Singh, Nora Fatehi, Jacqueline Fernandez, Amit Trivedi, Badshah, Nucleya, Sunidhi Chauhan and Iulia Vantur.

Joining them were PNC Menon, Taghrid Al Saeed, Executive Director of Group Communications and Destination Marketing at Miral, Hans Fraikin – Film and Television Commissioner and Sandeep Walia, among other dignitaries for the highly anticipated event that promises to be a mélange of glitz and glamour. Sobha Realty would be presenting the star-studded IIFA Weekend as Title Sponsor of the SOBHA IIFA Weekend, SOBHA IIFA Rocks 2023 and Co-Presenter of the NEXA IIFA Awards. This year’s edition will be graced by as many as 120 celebrities while the audience count is around 25,000.
