South Korean actress Kim Se Jeong, who was most recently seen in K-drama Today’s Webtoon, is in talks for season 2 of the series The Uncanny Counter. The singer-actress played a pivotal role in the first season and became quite a fan favourite.

According to KoreaJooAng Daily, her agency Jellyfish Entertainment stated that she is positively reviewing the offer. The actress essays the role of psychometric counter Do Ha Na who has the ability “to read the past by coming into contact with a place or an object.”

Released in 2020, The Uncanny Counter was one of the most series of that year with the finale episode booming the ratings on South Korea’s network OCN.

Based on the Daum webtoon “Amazing Rumor” by Jang Yi, The Uncanny Counter is the story of the people who are noodle shop owners by day and demon hunters by night. The terrific storytelling of this fantasy drama is easily one of the finest. The drama stars Jo Byung Gyu, Yoo Jun Sang, Kim Se Jeong and Yeom Hye Ran.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Kim Se Jeong was most recently seen in Today’s Webtoon which aired its final episode last week. She played an ex-judo player who tries hard to adapt to the new job as a webtoon editor. The series also featured Nam Yoon Su and Choi Daniel. Earlier this year, she starred in the massive hit Business Proposal alongside Ahn Hyo Seop, Kim Min Kyu, and Seol In Ah.

The search for the next James Bond has begun and franchise producers Barbara Broccoli and Michael G. Wilson have set out different criteria for the next actor to fill the shoes of Daniel Craig to play the iconic spy next.

According to Variety, the producers are busy preparing for the 60th anniversary of Bond in October and the search for a new actor to play the world’s most famous spy is on. They also claim that whoever lands the role has to be in it for the long haul.

Previously, it seemed that Idris Elba was the frontrunner to be the next Bond but the actor recently said he doesn’t see Bond when he “looks in the mirror” — remarks that some have interpreted as Elba’s valediction to 007. So, it’s difficult to blame him for not wanting to commit to something so huge.

“He’s great,” Wilson said of the bookies favorite Elba and Broccoli quickly added, “We love Idris. The thing is, it’s going to be a couple of years off. And when we cast Bond, it’s a 10-, 12-year commitment. So he’s probably thinking, ‘Do I really want that thing? Not everybody wants to do that. It was hard enough getting [Daniel Craig to do it].”

Wilson then interjected, “And he was in his early 30s at the time!” They further explained that it’s more than just a recast for them. Finding a new Bond is about creating a new Bond. “That’s why, when people go, ‘Oh, who are you going to get?’ it’s not just about casting an actor for a film.”

“It’s about a reinvention, and ‘Where are we taking it? What do we want to do with the character? And then, once we figure that out, who’s the right person for that particular reinvention?”

Last year, No Time To Die marked Daniel Craig’s exit as the iconic spy and the search for the agent 007 has already begun and the producers definitely don’t seem to be in a rush to find the perfect cadet.

Just days after facing allegations of cheating on his wife Behati Prinsloo with model-influencer Sumner Strof and releasing a statement, Adam Levine finds himself in another allegation and this time from his former yoga instructor. Adam Levine is getting into deeper trouble as more women keep coming forward with accusations.

According to Page Six tabloid, Levine’s former yoga instructor Alanna Zabel has claimed she too was a recipient of a flirty text from the Maroon 5 singer. The instructor took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday to “let it all out.”

“Long overdue #ExposeAdamLevine,” she captioned her post. Per the report, Zabel, who said she worked for Levine from 2007 to 2010, alleged her rock-star client told his friends she had the “best ass in town and it was cute.” “One day he texted me saying, ‘I want to spend the day with you naked,’” she further claimed.

Zabel went on to claim that the shocking message led to a physical altercation with her then-boyfriend but subsequently denied that Levine had any responsibility for the incident.

Adam Levine was first hit with allegations that he had a year-long affair with Instagram model Sumner Stroh, with Stroh claiming in the shared TikTok video that he asked her if he could name his unborn child after her. Sumner insisted that she decided to come forward because a ‘friend’ had threatened to take the story public.

Later, Levine shared a statement on his own Instagram story on September 20 to address the video. “A lot is being said about me right now and I want to clear the air. I used poor judgment in speaking with anyone other than my wife in ANY kind of flirtatious manner,” he said. “I did not have an affair, nevertheless, I crossed the line during a regrettable period of my life.”

“In certain instances it became inappropriate,” he continued. “I have addressed that and taken proactive steps to remedy this with my family. My wife and my family is all I care about in this world. To be this naïve and stupid enough to risk the only thing that truly matters to me was the greatest mistake I could ever make. I will never make it again. I take full responsibility. We will get through it and we will get through it together.”

Since then, for the very first time, on September 21, Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo were spotted at Santa Barbra in California.

The Maharashtra government has appointed Raveena Tandon as the Wildlife Goodwill Ambassador of Maharashtra. Maharashtra Forest Minister Sudhir Mungantiwar made the announcement today.

“We have witnessed Ms. Raveena’s passion and love for wildlife and her conservation on many occasions as Wildlife Goodwill Ambassador for Maharashtra,” the statement read.

Tandon described it as an honour to serve as the wildlife goodwill ambassador of Maharashtra, “Honoured to join hands with Maharashtra Forest Department as the Wildlife Goodwill Ambassador. The mission is to work to sustain the natural world for the benefit of people and nature. I am grateful for this platform and cannot wait to get to work with these dedicated & passionate individuals.”

Besides being a brilliant actress, Raveena is an ardent environmental activist and a fervent supporter of animal rights, the protection of endangered species in India, and conserving the environment.

On the work front, Raveena Tandon was last seen in Netflix’s Aranyak. She will next star in Arbaaz Khan’s production Patna Shukla.

As soon as Saif enters the screen in his white t-shirt with the charm of a cop in the trailer, he owns the role. While it will be a big surprise for the audience to see Saif playing such a role, he put in great effort to get into his character. From vigorous practice with real guns to understanding the sounds and mechanism of shooting a real gun, the actor went into the skin of the character to showcase realism on the celluloid. He adopted the way they hold guns and the way they raid buildings inhabited by gangsters.

We were astounded by his rigorous research regimen, which included immense practice with real weapons and understanding the drill of using the real weapon. The film is directed by Pushkar and Gayatri and produced by Bhushan Kumar and S. Sashikanth and Reliance Entertainment. VikramVedha will hit the big screens globally on 30th September 2022.
