One of the most awaited films Vikram Vedha, helmed by acclaimed directors Pushkar & Gayatri and starring Hrithik Roshan, Saif Ali Khan and Radhika Apte, will be released worldwide in over 100 countries on September 30th. In a record 100-plus countries globally, the film will have the largest international distribution for a Hindi film. The film has sparked worldwide curiosity and appeal ahead of its release.

Vikram Vedha is set to achieve key extraordinary milestones in some of the conventional and non-conventional markets, worldwide. Apart from the major markets like North America, the U.K., the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand, the film is set to release in 22 countries across Europe, 27 countries in Africa and also non-traditional countries like Japan, Russia, Israel and Latin American nations such as Panama and Peru.

Vikram Vedha is an action-thriller written & directed by Pushkar-Gayatri. The story of Vikram Vedha is full of twists and turns, as a tough cop Vikram (Saif Ali Khan) sets out to track and chase a dreaded gangster Vedha (Hrithik Roshan). What unfolds is a cat-and-mouse chase, where Vedha – a master storyteller helps Vikram peel back layers through a series of stories leading to thought-provoking moral ambiguities.

Vikram Vedha is presented by Gulshan Kumar, T-Series and Reliance Entertainment in association with Friday Filmworks & Jio Studios and a YNOT Studios Production. The film is directed by Pushkar & Gayatri and produced by Bhushan Kumar, S. Sashikanth and Reliance Entertainment.

Reliance Entertainment has collaborated with Home Screen Entertainment for the Overseas Distribution of Vikram Vedha. The film is all set to hit the big screens globally on 30th September 2022.

Sajid Nadiadwala was unanimously re-elected as president of the Indian Film & TV Producers Council (IFTPC) at the 31st annual general meeting (AGM). This is the 11th year in a row that Nadiadwala has been president.

The AGM saw the induction of two new directors and the new board composition as follows: Ratan Jain, NR Pachisia, Madhu Matena, Shyam Bajaj, Kumar Mangat Pathak, Rajat Rawail, Shyamashis Bhattacharya, Dinesh Vijan, Nitin Vaidya, Abhimanyu Singh, and Ramesh Taurani.

Nadiadwala expressed satisfaction that the pandemic has ebbed and that box office business is once again flourishing. He added that he would soon lead a delegation to the Maharashtra chief minister Eknath Shinde to discuss concerns pertaining to the sector.

The meeting paid tribute to all the departed souls during the year including Lata Mangeshkar and IFTPC former director Vijay Galani.

Arjun Bijlani, who is one of the most popular actors on television, recently celebrated Ganesh Chaturthi and in his post, he also revealed that he has shifted to a new residence. While he has been enjoying the luxuries of his new home, on the work front, he is seen hosting the popular weekly show Ravivaar with Star Parivaar. In fact, during a recent episode, the actor turned a singer from being a host on the show. Arjun tried his hands at singing recently and recorded one of his most favourite songs, ‘Yaaron’ which is originally sung by the late KK.

Speaking about it recently, Arjun Bijlani said,” This was my first ever song that was recorded. I have been singing the song ‘Yaaron’ by KK from a very young age. It’s my favorite song and it was a nostalgic feeling. I feel after that, I got to know that I am going to record this song.” When asked if he ever thought of giving singing a chance, he shared, “I always loved singing and my friends and family have watched me singing Karaoke with my mother. I never thought of becoming a singer but now why not.”

“If ever I get to host a singing reality show I would love to be a part of it,” he concluded.

Besides the multiple shows on television, Arjun Bijlani was recently also seen in his popular web show Roohaniyat opposite Kanika Mann. The show is a romantic drama and is currently in its second season. If reports are to be believed, the makers are also considering a third season.

On the other hand, talking about Ravivaar With Star Parivaar, the show airs every Sunday on Star Plus and features onscreen families from the popular shows on the channel as they fight it out to win the war of music.

The couple is expected to kick off their wedding festivities by September 30, followed by an intimate wedding and grand reception in Delhi and Mumbai. While there have been many updates about their lavish impending wedding, the latest update on that front is the venue the couple has chosen in Delhi. It seems that the couple will be hosting their pre-wedding celebrations in Delhi Gymkhana Club which is expected to be a rather iconic location.

A source close to the couple spoke about the specialty of this unique location saying, “One of the places where their pre-wedding celebrations will be taking place is an exclusive and one of India’s oldest clubs, the Delhi Gymkhana Club. Established in 1913, this club is one of the country’s oldest and most exclusive venues in the National Capital. Although further details are not yet revealed, we are sure that one of the ceremonies will definitely be hosted in this venue. The club is said to have a wait list of almost 37 years for a membership.”

Speaking further about the wedding, readers would be aware that Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal have opted for the big fat Indian wedding style for their upcoming nuptials as the festivities are expected to begin by end of September and it will conclude in Mumbai at the first week of October.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Richa Chadha is currently working on the OTT magnum opus Heeramandi by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. The series is also expected to have an extensive cast ensemble. On the other hand, Ali Fazal is busy with the third season of his popular show Mirzapur, which is yet again a web series that airs on Amazon Prime. The couple is expected to join the celebrations after wrapping up their work commitments by September 24.
