As the second installment of Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives has marked its return on Netflix, many Bollywood lovers are glued to it. Both the seasons have their own share of shocking moments, Seema Sajdeh and Sohail Khan’s separation still top the lists for many. While the first season revealed Seema and Sohail break up, many from the audience brutally trolled Seema Sajdeh questioning her presence in the show by saying she is “no more a Bollywood wife”.

Interestingly, in an interview with Indian Express, Seema reacted to those ‘mean social media comments’. She was asked why she is still a part of the show as she no longer belongs to the ‘Bollywood Wives’ club. Giving a sassy reply, Seema asserted, “I didn’t know women were defined by their husbands and their last name. Is that their only identity?”

On the other hand, one of the frames from the second season of the Netflix reality show features the nameplate outside Seema’s house, in which she drops the surname ‘Khan’ and only her and her sons’ names written. In that episode, her son Nirvaan Khan has a brief discussion about the same with Seema.

He can be heard saying, “It’s a little unnecessary. It doesn’t need to be done.” While giving an explanation for the same, Seema added that she had a “long think” about the same. In her defence, she said, “It doesn’t discount the fact that we are always going to be family but at the same time Nirvaan, I am also at a point in my life where I feel that I have to put one foot ahead. I am neither here nor there at the moment”. Seema and Sohail ended their 24 years of marriage earlier this year.

Not too long ago, we had reported that Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal have decided to tie the knot this year. While the couple announced their engagement a while ago, they decided to indefinitely postpone their wedding due to the pandemic. However, considering that those days are behind us now, the couple decided to use this opportunity to set a date and have finalized this month for their wedding. While we had confirmed in earlier reports that Richa and Ali are marrying in September, now we have received further details on this impending marriage.

It was earlier being said that Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal will be tying the knot in Delhi but hosting a grand reception was said to be planned in Delhi and Mumbai. While the wedding ceremony is expected to be an intimate affair with close friends and family, the receptions will see the actors’ relatives and friends from the industry in attendance.

Confirming the same, a source close to the actors revealed, “The celebrations will begin in Delhi and then move and conclude in Mumbai in the first week of October. The wedding ceremony is expected to be a lavish one spread across for five days. As for the reception in Mumbai, the actors have expected to have finalized a luxurious South Mumbai hotel to continue with their wedding celebrations.”

“After many delays owing to pandemic and commitment of shoots, the actors who were originally set to marry in April 2020, will marry this month. Their wedding was delayed a few times over because of the ever-evolving situation of COVID-19 and the duo later became busy with commitments of shoots of projects they have been tied to. Now with wedding date officially drawing closer, the couple is excited for their new journey and wants to add all the grandeur for their special day,” added the source.

Ali Fazal and Richa Chadha have been a part of both the Fukrey franchises, produced by Excel Entertainment.

Vicks has launched a new campaign film for its Vicks’ Two-in-one Roll-On Inhaler where Samantha Ruth Prabhu joins Vicks brand ambassador Ranveer Singh. The duo came together in the film to showcase the benefits of the Vicks’ Two-in-one Roll-On Inhaler with Samantha as a police officer, stopping a sickly Ranveer who is seen breaking the signal. On being questioned, Ranveer is shown having trouble in focusing and tells Samantha about his terrible runny nose and headache. Samantha then hands him Vicks’ inhaler with a two-in-one benefit, which gives Ranveer instant relief from blocked nose and headache. The campaign film smartly depicts how an individual is unable to focus on daily activities when they suffer from headache and blocked nose.

The assassination of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi is well known and yet there are many hidden truths behind this event which shook the world. Putting a spotlight on the immediate aftermath of this heinous crime, Applause Entertainment greenlights a crime procedural, based on writer Anirudhya Mitra’s recently launched book – ‘Ninety Days: The True Story of the Hunt for Rajiv Gandhi’s Assassin’, published by HarperCollins Publishers India Private Limited.

The content studio recently announced an exciting slate including Tanaav, Gandhi and Scam 2003 and has now acquired the rights to Anirudhya Mitra’s book. A former journalist, Anirudhya was one of the first to report on the investigation and break several exclusive stories while the hunt for the assassins was on. The series will be a blow-by-blow account of how the CBI’s Special Investigation Team cracked the assassination plot, identified the assassins and chased the mastermind, to his final hideout.

Following a banger release with ODDINARY and a world tour, South Korean powerhouse Stray Kids is all set for a solid comeback with the new album MAXIDENT.  The official announcement was made on September 6 at midnight with a trailer.

In the trailer, Stray Kids members Bang Chan, Lee Know, Changbin, Hyunjin, HAN, Felix, Seungmin, and I.N take over the city in what seems like their rebellious nature. The album’s title is unique and MAXIDENT means, “An accident of the largest proportion.”

Back in May 2022, Stray Kids’ EP ODDINARY, which was released on March 18, became the band’s second million-seller, following their second studio album ‘Noeasy’ last year. ODDINARY recorded around 1.3 million copies in pre-orders and sold 853,021 copies in its first week of release, according to album sales tracker Hanteo Chart.

Speaking to Bollywood Hungama in April 2022 about how massive the response has been to their previous album, Bang Chan said, “I honestly still can’t believe it. I still have a hard time trying to accept that we’ve come this far. But one thing for sure is that all this was possible because of my beautiful members and our precious STAYs. And without thinking about specific goals we just focus on our own pace because as long as we do our best with what we’re doing right now beautiful results are bound to come naturally in the future.”

MAXIDENT will release on October 7, 2022.

Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan is set to return to the big screen next year. He is headlining three projects – Pathaan, Jawan and Dunki. Following his cameos in Rocketry: The Nambi Effect, Laal Singh Chaddha and his upcoming appearance in Brahmastra, the superstar will also be seen in Salman Khan starter Tiger 3 after the latter appears in Pathaan. For the same, SRK will be shooting a special sequence later this month.

According to the report in ETimes, Shah Rukh Khan will be shooting his special appearance in September for Tiger 3. While SRK is busy with Jawan, Salman is shooting Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. Both the stars will come together for Yash Raj Films’ spy universe.

Produced by Aditya Chopra, Tiger 3 brings Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif back as Tiger and Zoya. It is being helmed by Maneesh Sharma and will release in theatres on April 21, 2023.
