Latest reports reveal that Virat Kohli will now own a new restaurant in Mumbai, and it will be related to legendary actor-musician Kishore Kumar. It is being said that the former captain of the Indian cricket team has leased out a part of Kishore Kumar’s bungalow Gouri Kunj for his new restaurant. He is expecting to start the branch of his popular chain of restaurants One8 Commune in Mumbai with this deal.

As per Etimes report, Virat Kohli met with Kishore Kumar and Leena Chandavarkar’s son Sumit Kumar a few months ago where the discussion is said to have happened. The news was further confirmed by Amit Kumar in this report adding, “We have leased out the space to Virat for five years.” The said bungalow is located in the prime location of Juhu. These reports also suggest that while the entire bungalow is massive, only a portion of it have been leased out. From what we hear, the space is already undergoing extensive renovation and if these reports are to be believed, the launch party is expected to be held somewhere around next month.

The official Instagram page of One8 Commune has also confirmed the opening of the restaurant chain in Juhu, Mumbai along with an ‘Opening Soon’ hashtag. While the restaurant chain was already launched in Maharashtra with one in Pune, this will be the first for Mumbai. We wonder if this one too will turn out to be yet another celebrity-hangout joint!

On the work front, Virat Kohli was recently in news for his praise-worthy performance in the match against Hong Kong in Asia Cup 2022. Coming to his actress-wife Anushka Sharma, she is busy with the schedule of Chakda Xpress, which is interestingly a biopic based on a female cricketer Jhulan Goswami. The film is expected to stream on Netflix.

Not too long ago, Charu Asopa took to Instagram to share the news of her separation with husband Rajeev Sen. However, the couple, who tied the knot in 2019, spoke about their marriage hitting rock bottom in June. While the TV actress claimed that her husband was having trust issues, the latter accused her of hiding her first marriage. Amidst reports of them getting separated legally, the couple took to Instagram on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi to reveal that they have decided to stay together in this marriage for the sake of their daughter Ziana.

In a post shared by Charu Asopa on her Instagram page, the TV actress said, “Marriages are made in heaven but it is left to us to make it work. Yes we went ahead and announced that we are ending our marriage and we realised that we had reached the dead end and nothing beyond. Divorce was an option we were considering and we wont deny that..Happy to announce that we have decided to keep our Marriage for good, We both are blessed with a beautiful daughter ziana & we wish to give her the very best as parents . Her upbringing & happiness is our number one priority.. We want to thank all our fans for always supporting us as a couple & never giving up on us .. Thank you everyone for blessing Ziana with so much love. Charu & Rajeev.”

Reacting to her post, sister-in-law Sushmita Sen dropped in comment saying, “I am soooooo happy for all 3 of you!!!Dugga Dugga Shona!!!”Besides her, many of their friends and well-wishers shared their congratulatory messages on their post.

In an earlier interview with Delhi Times, Charu Asopa was quoted saying, “He has trust issues and I can’t take it anymore. I sent him a simple notice asking for an amicable separation, as there is nothing left in our relationship.” On the other hand, Rajeev had spoken about this accusations saying, “Practically no one barring those from her hometown, Bikaner (Rajasthan), knew about her first marriage. It was a secret kept hidden from us. So, this came as a shock to me, and it shook me up badly.”

Bhavana Pandey, Maheep Kapoor, Neelam Kothari Soni and Seema Kiran Sajdeh are back with the second season of Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives. The new season dropped today on Netflix. Ahead of the premiere, Maheep Kapoor opened up about why she spoke of Sanjay Kapoor’s cheating in the series.

In one of the episodes, Maheep makes a shocking revelation that Sanjay Kapoor cheated on her during their marriage of 25 years. When asked whether it was a difficult story to share on screen, Maheep said they pushed the envelope this season. “There’s nothing that’s been difficult. It just happened. We were in the moment,” she told India Today in an interview. “We’ve pushed the envelope (referring to showing their real side on the show). I am hoping that women will understand that everything is not hunky dory. Everyone has their ups and their downs in life. And, we go through it, we chug along and that’s what it is. It’s not scratched under the surface, you will see that we all have our issues. It was important (to speak about it).”

When asked whether Sanjay Kapoor is aware of the fact that this has been shared on screen, Maheep said, “No, I have not discussed it. They will find out via the show.”

Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives is currently streaming on Netflix.

Fans went into frenzy over the steamy sex scenes featured in Olivia Wilde’s upcoming psychological thriller Don’t Worry Darling starring Harry Styles and Florence Pugh.

As Variety notes, it turns out there would’ve been even more provocative scenes in the steamy trailer had the director gotten her way. The filmmaker told the Associated Press that the MPA ratings board “came down hard” on the original cut of the trailer and forced her to remove additional scenes that were deemed too risqué. “There’s a lot that had to be taken out of the trailer,” Wilde said when asked by the AP about including a “sex act” in the trailer. “The MPA came down hard on me and the trailer at the last second and I had to cut some shots, which I was upset about because I thought they it took it up another notch. But of course, we still live in a really puritanical society.”

She added, “I do think the lack of eroticism in American film is kind of new. Then when it comes to female pleasure, it’s something that we just don’t see very often unless you’re talking about queer cinema.” Wilde shared similar thoughts in her Variety cover story, saying, “Female pleasure, the best versions of it that you see nowadays, are in queer films.”

“Why are we more comfortable with female pleasure when it’s two women on film? In hetero sex scenes in film, the focus on men as the recipients of pleasure is almost ubiquitous,” she said. Wilde said in her AP interview that “people are upset with me already over this,” referencing the film’s oral sex scene. “I think it’s a testament to the film. We want to be provocative. The idea is not to make you feel safe.”

Previously, the film’s lead star, Pugh, also discussed the oral scene and expressed her frustration over the reception to the movie’s trailer. “When it’s reduced to your sex scenes, or to watch the most famous man in the world go down on someone, it’s not why we do it. It’s not why I’m in this industry,” Pugh said in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. “Obviously, the nature of hiring the most famous pop star in the world, you’re going to have conversations like that. That’s just not what I’m going to be discussing because [this movie is] bigger and better than that. And the people who made it are bigger and better than that.”

Don’t Worry Darling debuts at the Venice Film Festival on September 5 and hits theaters on September 23.

Hollywood actors Paul Dano, Seth Rogen, Sebastian Stan and Pete Davidson are on board to star in Black Bear Pictures’ Dumb Money, an adaptation of Ben Mezrich’s book The Antisocial Network.

According to Variety, Dumb Money focuses on the January 2021 “short squeeze” movement around GameStop, where users of the Reddit page “Wall Street Bets” banded together to artificially increase the stock values of video game retail chain GameStop, which suffered from lagging stock prices for years. The situation resulted in major hedge funds as well as independent short sellers taking significant financial losses, and it caused calls for more regulation of the stock market.

Filming for the project, directed by Craig Gillespie, is set to begin this September. Rebecca Angelo & Lauren Schuker Blum are adapting with Ryder Picture Company’s Aaron Ryder, Black Bear’s Teddy Schwarzman and Gillespie producing. Per the report, Black Bear Pictures will fully finance the film, with Black Bear International handling the foreign distributions rights. Sales for the feature will be launched at the upcoming Toronto Film Festival this September. UTA Independent Film Group will represent the U.S. rights to the feature.

On the work front, Paul Dano will next be seen in Steven Spielberg’s coming-of-age drama The Fabelmans in November and the sci-fi drama Spaceman. He most recently played the Riddler in Matt Reeves’ The Batman. Rogen will co-star with Dano in The Fablemans. He recently appeared in Chip ‘N Dale: Rescue Rangers. Stan is currently filming A Different Man. The actor, best known for playing Bucky Barnes in Marvel Cinematic Universe films.

Meanwhile, Pete Davidson, who recently quit Saturday Night Live after eight seasons, starred in the A24 slasher film Bodies Bodies Bodies this summer, and will appear with Kaley Cuoco in the romantic comedy Meet Cute this fall. He is currently filming the Peacock comedy series Bupkis, starring alongside Joe Pesci and Edie Falco.
