Colors stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi is all set to make a roaring comeback with its 13th edition. Joining the list of contestants like Anjum Fakih and Ruhi Chaturvedi, who bid adieu to their show Kundali Bhagya and have joined Khatron Ke Khiladi 13, is Pakhi aka Aishwarya Sharma. The actress, known for her role as Patralekha in one of Star Plus most popular show Ghum Hain Kisikey Pyaar Meiin, has quit it to join the stunt-based reality show to showcase her daredevil side.

An engineer by qualification and an actor and singer by vocation, Aishwarya looks forward to adding another feather to her cap by earning recognition as an action star. Speaking about stepping on board for the show, Aishwarya Sharma said, “Participating in Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 is not just about performing daring stunts, it’s about facing your fears head-on and pushing yourself to your limits. As an actor, I am used to performing in front of the camera, but this show is a completely different ballgame. It requires immense mental and physical strength, and I am excited to test my limits and see what I am truly capable of.”

She further opened up about being a fan of action, adding, “I have always been a fan of action films, and this show will give me the opportunity to perform stunts like my favorite action heroes. I am also looking forward to the bonding experience with my fellow contestants, who come from diverse backgrounds and have their own set of fears to conquer. Overall, I see this as an opportunity for personal growth, and I am thrilled to be a part of this thrilling adventure.”

Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 is expected to be bigger, bolder, and more daring, this time with a new theme and daunting challenges!. The show promises to take the contestants on a journey to conquer their fears as they are about to face their worst phobias head-on. The show will also have celebrities like Shiv Thakare, Anjali Anand, Arjit Taneja, among others as contestants and will air soon on COLORS.

Bollywood has seen plenty of successful films in the last several decades. But only a few them have succeeded in getting a re-release, especially years after they had hit the theatres. Filmmaker Neeraj Pandey’s MS: Dhoni: The Untold Story now finds itself in the list of such films as it’s all set to re-release in theatres from May 12, not only in Hindi but also in Tamil and Telugu.

For the unversed, MS Dhoni is the biopic on the former Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. Dhoni is known as the most successful white ball Indian team captain as it was under his leadership that India won the 2007 T20 World Cup and 2011 ODI World Cup.

MS Dhoni had Sushant Singh Rajput essay the role of Dhoni while Kiara Advani played his wife Sakshi. The film also starred Anupam Kher as Dhoni’s father. The film follows Dhoni’s journey from a teenager to the captain of India who led the team to win two world cups.

Sharing the reason for re-releasing the film, Bikram Duggal, Head – Studios, Disney Star, said in a statement, “MS Dhoni: The Untold Story has not only been an incredibly special film for Star Studios, but also for Indians all over the world, showcasing the inspiring journey of our most successful cricket captain. The re-release aims to give his fans across the country another chance to relive cricket’s most magical moments on the big screen.”

Currently, Mahendra Singh Dhoni is busy with the ongoing IPL (Indian Premiere League) as the captain of the Chennai Super Kings.

The upcoming Bollywood film, Main ATAL Hoon, which features Pankaj Tripathi playing the role of former Prime Minister of India, Atal Bihari Vajpayee, has generated a lot of buzz on social media. The makers of the film recently released the first look of Pankaj Tripathi in the character of Atal Ji, which went viral and received immense appreciation from fans and critics alike.

As the shooting of the film is set to commence soon, the producers have shared yet another sneak peek into the film through Pankaj Tripathi. In a behind-the-scenes video shared by the actor on his social media, Atal Ji’s philosophy of being a true human being is beautifully portrayed. The video also highlights the essence of Atal Ji’s definition of humanity, which he had shared during his lifetime.

While captioning the video post, the critically acclaimed actor quoted Atal Bihari Vajpayee in Hindi, which translates to “Become a human being, not just by name, not just by appearance, not just by form, but by heart, by intellect, by governance, by knowledge.”

The movie, directed by National Award-winning director Ravi Jadhav, is set to hit the theatres in December 2023. Produced by Vinod Bhanushali, Sandeep Singh, Sam Khan, and Kamlesh Bhanushali in association with 70MM Talkies and co-produced by Zeeshan Ahmad and Shivv Sharma, Main ATAL Hoon features Pankaj Tripathi in the lead role, portraying the story of the legendary leader Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

The Eid release of Salman Khan, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan featured a massive ensemble cast with some of them making their big Bollywood debuts with this action entertainer. Raghav Juyal, who has featured in some films in the past, played a key role in this masala movie and it seems the actor also got paid handsomely for the same. From what we hear, the dancer turned actor supposedly got paid Rs 1.2 crore for his part in the Pooja Hegde, Shehnaaz Gill starrer.

An insider confirmed the details, adding, “Raghav Juyal was paid a sum of Rs 1.2 crore for his role in Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan. This came owing to his popularity amongst the youth and his incredible relatability with the digital audiences. He is one of the most popular names on social media. He had quite a journey from being a reality show contestant to a reality show host and now an actor”.

Readers would recall that Raghav made his debut in the entertainment industry with a dance reality show and gained fame for his slow motion dance moves and got nicknamed as the King of Slow Motion. In the movie Kisi ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, Raghav plays the role of one of the younger brothers of Salman Khan as well as Jassie Gill and Siddharth Nigam, also essaying the role of his brothers.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan featured Pooja Hegde as Salman Khan’s leading lady whereas Shehnaaz Gill essayed the role of Raghav’s love interest. The film also featured Palak Tiwari and Vinali Bhatnagar as the love interests of Jassie Gill and Siddharth Nigam respectively. The film, which also featured Jagapathi Babu, Venkatesh Daggubati, and Bhumika Chawla in pivotal roles, released on April 21.

Apart from this, Raghav Juyal is also gearing up for some more upcoming projects which includes two films under the Guneet Monga production as well as Yudhra with Siddhant Chaturvedi for Excel Entertainment.

Avantika Dasani, daughter of the Maine Pyar Kiya Star Bhagyashree, made her web debut last year with the ZEE5 Mithya, which also starred Huma Qureshi and Parambrata Chatterjee. She is now all set to make her Bollywood film debut with the unusually titled U Shape Ki Gully. Directed by Avinash Das and produced by Yadhunath Films, the movie also stars Vivaan Shah.

As per the makers, they auditioned several actors for the character of Shabnam before they met Avantika. “They immediately witnessed the spark in her eyes while she was listening to the story of the movie and also the details of her character. Not only did she show the conviction but also asked questions regarding her character in the film. She thrived to enter the character and learnt and evolved inside out. This was the way Avantika was auditioned and selected for the movie. The character of Shabnam not only needed good looks but also someone who was very sharp in her actions,” said a statement by the makers.

As far as the casting of Vivaan is concerned, the statement added, “For the story like this the producer and director needed actors who were not only good but also had conviction for the story. So, Vivaan Shah became the first choice for Hariya.” The film will also star Jaaved Jaaferi in the role of Mirza.

U Shape Ki Gully is directed by Avinash Das. He has previously helmed the movie Anaarkali Of Aarah and was one of the directors on the Netflix web series She. The movie will go on floors in the first week of May in Lucknow.
