Shikha Talsania took to her Instagram story to assure fans about her father’s recovery and also expressed gratitude towards the medical team who helped him in these challenging times. In a note posted by her, she wrote, “Thank you for all your prayers and concern. Its been an emotional time for all of us but we are happy to share that dad is doing much better now and is recuperating well. We are grateful to the Doctors and Staff at Kokilaben Ambani hospital for everything that they have done and to his fans for all the love thats come our way in abundance”, and concluded it with a heart emoji.

What happened to Tiku Talsania

On Friday night, the actor-comedian attended the premiere of Gujarati film Mom Tane Nai Samjay starring Rashami Desai at PVR Icon in Andheri. However, in the midst of the same, the actor allegedly felt uneasy with some reports even claiming that he was vomiting. Looking at his worsening condition, the authorities immediately rushed him to the nearby Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani hospital in a wheelchair. On Saturday evening, Rashami Desai who was also there during the incident spoke to the media wherein she asserted about the actor’s recovery.

Sir is a wonderful person, actor.” Further speaking about how he had to be rushed to the hospital, she revealed, “It was very unfortunate whatever happened yesterday. He looked absolutely perfect when he came. While I was little away, I was busy meeting people.” Also giving an update about his current condition, she added, “He reached on time and things are better now. Speaking to NDTV, Deepti Talsania confirmed the news about the actor being admitted to the hospital and revealed details of the incident. She was quoted saying, “He suffered a brain stroke, not a heart attack. He had gone to attend a film screening and started feeling unwell around 8 pm. He was immediately admitted to the hospital”. Earlier reports suggested that the actor started vomiting while watching a Gujarati film titled Mon Tane Naa Samjhaye at PVR Icon in Andheri at 9 pm, followed by which he was immediately rushed to the hospital in a wheelchair. According to reports, the actor is currently being treated for the same but there has been no update on his condition.

Filmmaker Kalees’ Varun Dhawan, Keerthy Suresh and Wamiqa Gabbi starrer action-drama Baby John released in theatres this Christmas. The film didn’t do well at the box office. Hence, there were reports and rumours that it hasn’t found any OTT platform for its online streaming release.

However, Bollywood Hungama has learnt that these rumours are false. Baby John has been acquired by the streaming giant Amazon Prime Video and the movie is all set to stream on their platform either at the end of February or the first week of March.

Baby John is the official Hindi remake of Atlee’s Vijay starrer Tamil movie Theri, which had released in 2016. The film also starred Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Amy Jackson in pivotal roles. Atlee and his wife Priya Atlee are the producers of Baby John along with Jyoti Deshpande of Jio Studios. Atlee gave the responsibility of directing the Hindi version to Kalees.

Baby John starred veteran actor Jackie Shroff in the role of the villain. Varun Dhawan played an IPS (Indian Police Service) officer in the movie, whose story takes place in two time zones. The movie also starred superstar Salman Khan in a cameo.
