Sukesh Chandrasekhar, who often dedicates his love letters to Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez, has penned another note while serving imprisonment in Delhi. The conman has addressed this letter to US President Donald Trump, congratulating him on his recent victory and has promised his ‘Big Bro’ about his organization LS Holdings’ expansion plans and investing more money in the American market.

In the letter, he opened up about investing a whopping $500 million in business, as he has written, “As an Indian Investor in United States, my Organization LS Holdings and LS Gaming LLC will now increase its investments in the State of Nevada and LA to 500 million over the next 2 years, compared to, the 150 million USD we have invested over to date. Under you Leadership, we look forward, to find new opportunities in the field of Entertainment, hospitality, and gaming industry, which is going to Boom.”

In the same letter, he also mentioned about dedicating a Los Angeles studio to his lady love Jacqueline Fernandez and insisted that he is following Trump’s advice about ‘making women feel special’. “On a lighter note, I remember your other advise to me, “Treat your women always with dignity and make her always feel special”, on that note, LS Holdings is buying stakes of 135 million USD, in a large studio producing shows and movies in Los Angeles. I have finalized this buy, for my lady love Jacqueline just like the advice you gave me, to “make your women feel special”. Thank you, Bro, for everything.”, the letter read.

Sukesh Chandrasekhar also further elaborated about his bond with Donald Trump in this letter and expressed gratitude towards the US President about not being judgemental. In the past, the conman has addressed several letters to Jacqueline Fernandez on multiple occasions including Valentine’s Day and her birthday.

One of the most versatile actors of Indian Cinema, Vicky Kaushal is all set to enter the next league with Chhaava, and Love & War. But he is not stopping at these two tentpole feature films. According to sources, Vicky Kaushal has signed producer Dinesh Vijan’s next.

A source tells us, “After Love & War, Vicky was looking to sign on for a mega-budget feature film and producer Dinesh Vijan came up with a script he couldn’t say no to. Vicky’s next after Love & War is an epic feature film that would see him play the part of Lord Parshuram. Vicky jumped to the idea of the film and signed it without any second thoughts.”

The source tells us further, “The pre-production work for Parshuram begins in January and the makers are committed to taking the film on floors in November next year. It’s the most ambitious film at Maddock and they plan to bring it to the cinema-going audience with utmost pride. An official announcement will be made soon.”

We hear that Parshuram will be a lot bigger than their soon-to-be-released collaboration, Chhaava, as the idea is to give the audience a visual spectacle on the big screen. Remember, you read it first here.

While there have been reports of Deepika Padukone collaborating with Rohit Shetty for a sole cop drama in the past, it was only in the recently released Singham Again where the actress was introduced as Lady Singham. The rumours of her playing the role have been doing the rounds since the success of Simmba in 2019-2020 but it was only this year did audiences get a sneak peek of the same. And now adding to the anticipation, the filmmaker has confirmed that a film with her is indeed on the cards.

Speaking of why the entire introduction of Deepika Padukone as Lady Singham was delayed, Rohit Shetty told News18, “The wait was to get the right script and the right kind of launch for the character. Till 2018, I wasn’t even sure if there’s going to be a cop universe.” The filmmaker also asserted that it was only after the Ranveer Singh starrer Simmba, that they decided to add more characters and create this universe. “When Simmba worked, people accepted that we can bring in other characters and create a universe. That’s when we made Sooryavanshi (starring Akshay Kumar) and it was during this film that we thought of making a film with an out-and-out lady cop”.

Furthermore, the filmmaker also insisted that Lady Singham would have gotten a spin off much sooner had the pandemic not delayed the shoot of Sooryavanshi. However, now that the character has been introduced, Rohit Shetty has confirmed that he will kick off work with Deepika Padukone for a solo cop project. “We still have to write it. We do have a concept in mind but we don’t know where we can go with it. There’s still time for that. I know what the character will be like and her basic story arc but I don’t know her whole journey yet as a director or writer. But a female-led cop film headlined by Lady Singham will definitely happen, otherwise we wouldn’t have introduced her at all. There’s a reason why we’ve emphasised on that character and her name in Singham Again,” he added.

Meanwhile, the filmmaker also addressed the rumours about Indian Police Force being a part of cop universe. Rohit clarified that the IP of the show lies with Amazon, the rights of Singham and other films solely rests with them.

Bollywood actor Vicky Kaushal is set to embark on an ambitious cinematic journey after completing his upcoming project Love & War. Kaushal will collaborate with producer Dinesh Vijan on what is said to be one of the largest productions in the Maddock Films catalogue.

Vicky Kaushal’s Expanding Line-up
Kaushal’s popularity has been bolstered by a slew of hits in recent years, and his next, Chhaava, directed by Laxman Uttekar, is eagerly anticipated. Based on the life of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, Chhaava is expected to be released in early 2025. Following this, Kaushal will join Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love & War, scheduled to start filming mid-November. The project will keep Kaushal occupied for nearly a year, as he has allocated bulk dates through 2025.
A New Collaboration with Dinesh Vijan
A report by PinkVilla quoted a source saying that Kaushal and Dinesh Vijan’s next venture will delve into the world of Indian mythology. “After Zara Hatke Zara Bachke and Chhaava, Vicky, and Dinesh are collaborating on something very big. It’s set against the backdrop of Indian mythology, with Vicky portraying one of the most significant characters from these tales,” shared the source.

This upcoming project is expected to be the most ambitious yet for both Maddock Films and Kaushal. The pre-production phase will kick off in early 2025 and is anticipated to span over six to eight months, allowing time to build the necessary scale for the film’s grand vision. “The film’s scale demands extensive prep, and this is a project that both Vicky and Maddock Films are fully invested in,” the source added.
Kaushal’s Rise as a Bankable Star
With Chhaava, Kaushal has the potential to solidify his position as a major star in Bollywood, followed by Love & War and this yet-untitled Maddock project, which could elevate his standing even further. The source concluded, “Dinesh Vijan is very confident in Chhaava and was particularly impressed by Vicky’s performance, reinforcing his belief in this next project.”

In addition to his confirmed projects, Kaushal is actively considering other scripts as he plans his filmography for the next two years, aiming for a diverse range of roles and genres.

Anupama actress Rupali Ganguly, who was facing several accusations from her colleagues from the Star Plus show, was also subjected to allegations by her stepdaughter Esha Verma. The latter, who has already taken to social media in the past accusing Ganguly of having an affair with Ashwin K Verma when he was married to Esha’s mother, further alleged that Rupali and Ashwin have been abusive to her mother. This has resulted in Ganguly taking legal action against Esha where she has filed a defamation case against her stepdaughter for Rs. 50 crores.

The Anupama actress’ lawyer Sana Raees Khan has opened up about Rupali Ganguly filing a case against Esha Verma. As per a Hindustan Times report, she said, “We have issued a defamation notice to her stepdaughter in response to her false and damaging statements as Rupali firmly stands against the use of defamatory tactics for publicity and she has taken this legal step to protect her reputation from unfounded claims. These baseless allegations were clearly intended to harm Rupali Ganguly’s reputation and capitalize on her public standing. Such actions have not only caused emotional distress but have also unfairly tarnished her personal and professional integrity.”

According to the defamation report filed by Rupali Ganguly, the latter has revealed in her statement she was not only shocked to hear such accusations and comments on social media platforms but also that she has undergone extreme mental trauma for which she has been taking treatment and had to also go through humiliation on the sets of her show. It further stated that while Rupali chose to remain silent for some time, with the rising accusations and blames, she has now demanded an immediate unconditional apology from her after Rupali and Ashwin’s 11-year-old son was dragged into this matter. Furthermore, the statement also showcased another side of the story where Ganguly insisted that she and her husband have always attempted to help Esha when she was struggling to get a break in the Indian entertainment industry by helping her with opportunities, setting up auditions and in other procedures.

Meanwhile, Esha Verma has termed Rupali Ganguly and Ashwin K Verma as abusive wherein she revealed that the popular TV star had once hit Esha’s mother and in the same statement, she also mentioned how Ashwin was also physically abusive as a person.

Prime Video today announced the premiere date of its Original drama series, Waack Girls. Created and directed by Padma Shri awardee Sooni Taraporevala, and co-written by Sooni, Iyanah Bativala and Ronny Sen. The series is produced by Caleb Franklin, Vikesh Bhutani, and Sooni Taraporevala under the banners of Matter Entertainment, Chalkboard Entertainment, and Jigri Dost Productions.

Packed with comedy, drama, music, and dance the series features an exceptionally talented cast of newcomers, including Mekhola Bose, Anasua Chowdhury, Rytasha Rathore, Chrisann Pereira, Priyam Saha, Ruby Sah, Achintya Bose, along with veterans Barun Chanda, Lillete Dubey and the late Nitesh Pandey in pivotal roles. Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor has recently leased his ultra-luxurious apartment in Mumbai’s prestigious Three Sixty West, Worli, at an initial monthly rent of Rs. 20.5 lakh, a figure that will increase to Rs. 23.98 lakh over the next five years.

According to Square Yards, the expansive property offers a carpet area of 5,395 sq. ft. (~501.21 sq. m) and a built-up area of 6,175.42 sq. ft. (~573.78 sq. m), along with three dedicated car parking spaces. This upscale residence, jointly purchased by Shahid and Mira Kapoor for Rs. 58.6 crore in May 2024, sits within Oberoi Realty’s elite development spread across 1.58 acres and featuring 4 and 5 BHK ready-to-move-in apartments.

The lease, registered in November 2024, spans a 60-month tenure and includes an upfront security deposit of Rs. 1.23 crore. The agreement also features a unique rent-free period for the initial 10 months. Per Square Yards, the property is expected to yield an impressive gross rental return of 4-5%, adding value to Kapoor’s portfolio.

By leasing out his Three Sixty West residence, Kapoor joins the ranks of Bollywood stars like Kartik Aaryan, Ranveer Singh, and producer Sajid Nadiadwala, who have also rented out their high-end properties in Mumbai.

On the work front, Shahid Kapoor will next star in Deva. He is also reuniting with Vishal Bhardwaj for a gangster drama.
